♦ GENERAL INFORMATION
Attracting over 35,000 people from the region, the Milford Great Pumpkin Festival is held each year in the fall. Featured are some of the largest pumpkins in New Hampshire on display, musicians and entertainers, food, crafts and lots of events for kids. Other events and activities include: kids can make their own scarecrows, face painting on the Community House Lawn and live music on two stages. If you’re feeling hungry for soup, hot cider, doughnuts, waffles or smoked ribs, there is no shortage of food!!
Note: Access through the Milford Oval will be closed to Vehicular Traffic in the East – West direction on the Pumpkin Festival weekend. There will be minimal access in the North – South direction (Route 13). Make alternate arrangements.
Closings: 5:30pm to 9:00pm Friday and 9:30am to 9:00pm on Saturday and 9:30am till 4:30pm on Sunday.
There will be NO THROUGH TRAFFIC ALLOWED – NASHUA ST. TO ELM ST. – DETOURS WILL BE POSTED
There is minimal parking Downtown Please pay close attention to parking and signage. Tickets will be issued for illegal parking.
Free and plentiful Parking is available at the Milford High School on West Street and at the adjacent Milford Middle School. Shuttle Buses running.
New this year: Two Shuttle Bus stops—one at Milford Middle School circle on Osgood Road, the other in front of Milford High School on West Street side. Shuttle buses will run continually throughout the weekend, with drop off/ pick up at the festival at the Bales School.

- From Nashua: take Route 101A west to Milford.
- From Keene: Take Route 101 east to Milford
- From Concord/Manchester: take Routes 93, 293 to Route 101 West. Take the second exit “Route 13″ and follow signs to festival parking at Milford High School. A free shuttle will take you to the festival.
- From the Boston Area: travel North on Route 93; merge onto 128 south and follow to Route 3 North. Get off at Exit 8W and follow the road to Rte 101A (Amherst Street). Travel west approximately 12 miles to Milford.
